25. What places in Mexico does your Firm cover collection matters?

Although our firm is based in the City of Tijuana, Baja California, we cover the entire country.

Our firm has founded an excellent network of affiliated attorneys in major cities of Mexico (including Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Juarez, Chihuahua, Veracruz, etc.) who help us oversee the litigation process and status of each case on a day to day basis but still, keeping for ourselves the litigation strategy and responsibility.

One of the main advantages of our federal system in Mexico is that it allows a duly licensed lawyer to practice in any State within Mexico, without any need to be authorized by each State in separate fashion. This allows us to reach into other States and better represent our clients with their cases throughout the country.
