| Mr. Romelio Hernández was born in Tijuana, Baja California. He followed his professional studies at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California where he graduated from in 1997. As part of his on-going legal education and professional development he has taken different courses in American Legal System and Business Law at University of California San Diego, as well as many others in areas such as Corporate Law and International Business Transactions in the International Corporate Law Master of Arts Program at Universidad Iberoamericana Plantel Noroeste. He has authored several articles on commercial matters, including his professional thesis entitled "Disregard of the Legal Entity in Mexico". |

He began his professional practice since 1994 in the City of Tijuana, Baja California working at the 7th Federal District Court, where his work centered on constitutional injunction proceedings. He then followed into private practice as an associate with the Law Firm of "Rodríguez y Asociados S.C.", developing helpful techniques and gaining valuable experience in civil and commercial matters, including litigation at the trial and appeal level, and general corporate practice for the development of new and current businesses. |

His expertise thus far encompasses litigation in areas related to contract matters, real estate, commercial transactions, constitutional injunctions, and general corporate services, providing and maintaining proper legal structures for all kinds of busines ventures, as well as providing assistance in the preparation of contractual agreements in general. He contributed greatly as a legal advisor to prevent bankruptcy status to one of the most recognized national lumber companies in Mexico. He has helped and represented several US companies with in Court collection of delinquent accounts, including complex commercial litigation cases. Mr. Hernandez has also represented with great success private parties involved in real estate problems with agrarian groups (Ejidos), for rightful ownership of land disputes.
